Welcome

Some new items that recently made an appearance at the Market:

Green (and Wax) Beans, Heirloom Tomatoes, Raspberries and Squash Blossoms!

Cucumbers, zucchini, potatoes, greens, cherry tomatoes, berries and many other selections are all available at the Mpls Farmers Market.

Don’t forget, we also have a soap and lavendar vendor. We have a Trout vendor. We have hummus and kombucha. We have cheese and baked goods as well. We have multiple meat vendors (chicken, pork, beef and other selections upon request).

Take a little bit of time and come out to see us. There’s lots to find!

This Saturday at 10:30am, guest chef Aleks Till will be leading our weekly Market Talk/Demo. The theme is “Cooking with Kids – Veggie Crafts”! Bring the kids and join us, as we create fun and edible creatures with produce found right here at the Market.

Aleks Till is owner of Homegrown Foods, a local, organic meal kit service delivering to the greater Twin Cities area. Homegrown Foods buys from small, local farmers whenever possible with a focus on organic ingredients, exciting flavors and making it easy to eat good at home. “We’re a fun group of ladies (and one man) ranging in age from 10 – 70 something! We offer clogging lessons in Bloomington, MN and would love to do a clogging show for you and your friends! We began in 1995 in Farmington, MN and have done shows and competitions all over the country. We choreograph our own dances and learn routines from other teachers, both in person and via the internet. We use all types of music and try to incorporate other dance styles into what we do as well.”

The Wild Rose Cloggers will be performing at the Market on Sunday, July 14, from 10am to Noon!
