Features
Geraniums
Geraniums are the perfect spring plant with their large, beautiful blooms and wide array of colors. To keep them healthy, remove spent blooms to prevent mold and rotting, and fertilize every other week with a balanced 15-15-15 fertilizer containing equal amounts of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium.
Asparagus
Asparagus can be delicate, so store it with care. Spray stalks with cold water and trim stalks as needed before storing. Wrap the ends in a damp paper towel and refrigerate upright in one inch of water. Use your fresh asparagus within two to three days — if you can wait that long!
