RECIPE: Tuscany Basil Pesto from Bonnie Dehn

FROM BONNIE’S KITCHEN TO YOURS

TUSCANY BASIL PESTO

1 Cup fresh Dehn’s Garden basil
½ cup sun dried tomatoes
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbs roasted garlic
½ cup shredded parmesan cheese

Get to work:
Combine fresh basil, sun dried tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, and roasted garlic in a food processor and puree until well blended. Top with shredded parmesan cheese when served. Refrigerate until ready to serve or up to 3 days.
