Pumpkin Smoothie

An ideal refreshment on those warmer fall days…

– 15 oz – 1 lb. of fresh pumpkin, chilled
– 1 can (12 fl oz) of evaporated milk, chilled
– 1 1/2 cups orange juice
– 1 sliced banana
– 1/3 cup light-brown sugar
– 2 dozen ice cubes
– 2 tsp ground cinnamon

Blend pumpkin, evaporated milk, orange juice, banana, and brown sugar until smooth. Pour over ice. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.

Makes: 6 servings
